Sometimes, there isn't really a reason for updating the blog...but just a cute picture!

A new love...

Colton has finally decided that he LOVES puzzles!  Nana brought over about 4 new puzzles a few months ago, and he would play with them for a short period of time...but he wasn't so interested.  Within the last two weeks, he has wanted to do all of his puzzles several times a day :)  It makes me happy because it helps his fine motor skills, memory, recall, & vocabulary!  He can never just complete one puzzle...he has to do ALL of them :)

This farm puzzle is probably his favorite right now...I am on the look out for a sports puzzle, Mickey Mouse puzzle, and a colors puzzle.

Each time he completes one, he cheers for himself :)

On this number puzzle, he always picks up the number 2 and yells out "TWOOOOOOOO!"  If you ask him how old he is going to be, he says "Twooooo!'  So funny!

"Chick-fil-a!"

Sometimes, I feel like Josh and I should buy some Chick-fil-a stock since we eat there so much :)  Colton now yells out (like a chant) "chick-fil-a chick-fil-a" when we pull in!!!

He really loves to "play" after he eats!  I wish this pic was in focus...oh well!

Disney Live!

Josh suprised both Colton and myself with tickets to see the Mickey Mouse Magic Show on Saturday afternnoon!  I think Josh and I were more excited than Colton :) 

It is so fun (and pretty easy these days) taking Colton out to do fun things like seeing Mickey!

He seemed so big...being able to sit in the seat like a big boy!

He made it the first hour to intermission....then, after about 20 more minutes of the next half, he was ready to go eat some pizza!  When we left early, I felt at little bad, but it was funny because we saw lots of other people with kiddos the same age as Colton heading out too :)

The BEST part was seeing just how happy and excited Colton was to see his favorite mouse....laughing and yelling out, "Mitty, Mitty!"  Such a great memory!

Ride that Horsie!

Colton has really enjoyed his Horsie Stick that he got for Christmas.  He "rides" it around in a circle from the family room, to the dinning room, through the kitchen, and back to the family room.  He loves making the "neigh" sound along with the horse :)

The Big Dipper!

Just like his Daddy, Colton LOVES to "dip" everything!  His favorite dip right now is barbecue sauce :)  I know a lot of kiddos like dipping food, but it is just funny to me because Josh (like his dad too) also LOVES dipping :)

Spring is in the Air!

We got out the 'ol jogging stroller for a nice walk in the neighborhood this morning.  It felt so refreshing, and Colton seemed to really like it.  He called out about a million "basketball goals" as we passed them in peoples driveways.  He also liked yelling out the colors of the cars/trucks as they passed by..."blue car"..."green truck!"  I look forward to many more walks this Spring!
