Father's Day Fun!

We celebrated Father's Day on Saturday with Josh's sweet Dad by going out to eat together.  Of course Colton loved getting his "Poppa Pop" (sucker) from Poppa, as Colton now expects it everytime we see him!  Then, we continued to celebrate Father's Day on Sunday at church.  Josh then enjoyed a fun round of golf, followed by another yummy dinner with Colton and me!

Colton adores his Poppa, and it is really fun watching them interact!

They had fun "talking" on the phone to each other at the table :)

Colton has the best Daddy!!!

"Happy Father's Day Daddy!"

Fun in the Car!

We have enjoyed extra playdates with Josiah since his little sister Evie has come home from the hospital.  Colton gets so excited when I tell him we are going to pick up Josiah....and cries when we drop him off.  Here they are having fun in car together (with Joseph too)!

Cookout!

On Tuesday night, our Bible Fellowship Class had a cookout in honor The Steves family that is moving to the DC area.  The burgers and hotdogs, side dishes, and desserts were so yummy!  The Liner's didn't last too long in the Corn Hole tournament....ahhhh ahhhhh!  However, Colton LOVED playing with Parker and Turner!

The start of the tournament!

Turner is saying "CHEEESEEEE" and Colton is loving every minute of it ;)

Lake Time!

Sunday afternoon, we went to the lake to enjoy the nice weather.  Colton loves the water and open spaces to run wild :)

"Where is my hat mommy?  It's sooo bright!"

"It's sooo fun!....AGAIN!"

He would've run around forever if we'd let him...he was worn out by the time we left!

Jude turns 1!

We ventured out Saturday afternoon for Jude Glasgow's first bday party!  It was "whaley" good time with all of the outside slip n slips and splash pools!

Can't believe he is already one!

The back yard :)

Colton enjoyed the balls, golf clubs, and fishing more than the little swim pools.

A MEGA slip n slide!!!!!  So fun!

His favorite sport right now!  Daddy is happy about that :)

"Fishing" for the first time.

Happy Birthday Jude!!!

2nd Haircut

It was time for Colton to get his 2nd haircut!  This past Friday, we met his Poppa and watched him get his haircut first.  It is so crazy to me how much older he looks afterwards :)

A "before" shot

Junior is cutting while Colton is "mooooooing!"

"Easy"

One "after" shot

Showing Poppa his sucker!

Poppa giving Colton a ride...they both look so handsome :)

VBS 2011

This was Colton's first to participate in VBS!  Sevier Heights did the Big Apple theme, which was so much fun!  I helped my friend Stephanie Bailey with a first grade class.  It worked out great because her daughter, Addie and Colton were in the same class!  They became fast friends :) Here are a few shots of the week (mostly from Friday)

Colton with one of his teachers Mr. Bill...he was all smiles each day!

Sarah Beth and I...she is one of the sweetest first graders I know

We were trying to raise $5,000 to send to children in Haiti...here the leaders are announcing that we raised over $12,000!!!!!!!!!!!

Our first graders were so happy!

As promised, they all got a pie in the face...

...and two of them got slimed!

His face when I asked him if he liked VBS :)

Memorial Weekend!

Colton, Ily, and myself went to Roanoke for Memorial Weekend!  We had a great time with Tee Tee!  We spent our time at the pool, shopping, at a friends house, eating out some, going to church, and hanging out with Tee Tee!

Colton LOVES being with my Mom!  I love this pic!

I got to meet little Charlie (Scott and Nicole Lundy's 8 week old son)

Colton had a blast playing with Max, Drew, & Alex!

Going for a ride with Alex on the 4-wheeler

We may have to get one these sooner than later :)

We enjoyed a great dinner at Mr. and Mrs. Lundy's house!

A duo played some fun music while we hung out at the pool...he loves music and dancing..ha!

Chatty Trip!

We went on a little getaway to Chattanooga right before Memorial Day Weekend!  We loved staying at the Chattanooga Cho-Cho!  Here are some fun pics of our few days away.

Our favorite place we ate was at The Station House...where the servers also sing on stage!

Colton danced and ate and danced some more!

We rode on the train at our hotel...so fun!

The conductor let Colton pull the bell at each stop!

We spent lots of time at the three pools

We went to a Lookouts baseball game too

It was a great getaway together!
