Party TIme!

Colton was super excited about his Preshool Christmas Party!  I forgot to take pics in his class :(  He enjoyed making crafts, a special lunch, decorating cookies, and getting treats bags!

Gatlingburg Family Night!

We always take for granted the beautiful Smokey Mountains that are so close to us.  Josh and I love going to Gatlinburg, so we decided to head there the other Friday night.  Our plans were to eat at The Park Grille and then enjoy the Christmas Parade.

We stopped at an overlook to take a few pics.

The parade had started at the first traffic light and was taking FOREVER to make it to where we were.  It was super crowded and cold.  We decided to head back to K-town and not get stuck in all the parade traffic.  SO glad we did.  We stopped at one of those candy stores on the way home...Colton and I enjoyed some chocolate covered oreos, while Josh got a caramel covered apple.

We had a great night together!

Colton is 2 1/2!!

It is crazy to think that Colton will be 3 in a little less than six months.  He has changed so much since he turned two!  The biggest change is how much he has grown up by being in Preschool at our church.  He loves wearing his backpack and carrying his lunch box to his classroom each day!  His teachers are awesome, and Colton talks about them a lot!  He also tells us which friends he "wrestles" with each day and who he plays with.

Some of his 2 1/2 year old stats are:
  • Wears 3T clothes & 4T pjs
  • Wears size 9 shoes
  • We think he weighs about 37 lbs.

What Colton is in to these days...
  • LOVES Preschool
  • Coloring, painting, drawing, etc
  • Toy Story, Mickey Mouse, Chugginton, & Winnie the Pooh
  • Enjoys going to Church
  • Wrestling with Josh
  • Playing with his friends/neighbors
  • Reading books
  • Talking, talking, and more talking

Favorite Foods...
  • CHICKEN
  • Pizza
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Spaghetti
  • Oatmeal
  • Hotdogs
  • Grilled Cheese
We LOVE our sweet boy so much and look forward to many more memories together!

Thanksgiving

I'm a little behind on our blog, so I am trying to catch up....We spent Thanksgiving at Nana and Poppa's house this year.  We had a yummy dinner, and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon.  Colton always loves seeing all the cows in the pasture behind their house.  We got some fun pics too!
